What does HISIGHTS do? +

HISIGHTS helps first-time international visitors prepare for and experience China with clearer planning, arrival support, and private local coordination. Depending on the service you choose, support may include arrival preparation, transfer coordination, private guides, trip planning, or tailored multi-city support.

Do all services include a private guide and transport? +

No. Each service has a different scope. The Alipay Setup and Arrival Checklist is a preparation product. First 72 Hours Arrival Support focuses on setup review, arrival coordination, and a defined support window. Private guides, private vehicles, tickets, hotels, restaurants, and multi-city planning are included only when clearly stated in a tailored proposal.

Do you offer large group tours? +

No. HISIGHTS does not run large bus tours, fixed-departure mass itineraries, or forced shopping-stop tours. When a trip includes local guiding or transport, it is arranged around the traveler’s private party and the written scope of the proposal.

Who is HISIGHTS best for? +

HISIGHTS is best for first-time visitors to China, families, couples, older travelers, solo travelers, and business travelers extending a China trip who want practical preparation, realistic pacing, and clearer local coordination.

How should I choose between the $59, $299, and tailored trip options? +

Choose the $59 checklist if you mainly need preparation for payments, apps, hotel addresses, and first-day basics. Choose the $299 First 72 Hours support if arrival feels stressful and you want a defined support window. Choose a tailored private trip if you want route design, broader coordination, and optional local services such as guides, transfers, hotels, restaurants, or tickets.

Can HISIGHTS help first-time visitors with payments and apps? +

Yes. We can help travelers prepare for Alipay, WeChat Pay, essential apps, address cards, internet backup, and common first-arrival friction. Payment platforms, banks, card issuers, mobile carriers, and merchants remain independent third parties, so we cannot guarantee every setup or transaction will work in every situation.

Can you arrange airport pickup? +

Airport or train station pickup can be included in selected arrival support or tailored trip proposals. Meeting point details, driver coordination, vehicle type, timing, and city-area limits are confirmed in the written scope.

Can you arrange hotels, restaurants, tickets, high-speed rail, or domestic flights? +

Sometimes, as part of a tailored private China trip. These items are not automatically included in every service. If they are included, they will be itemized in your proposal with relevant pricing, timing, and cancellation conditions.

Do you provide visa advice? +

HISIGHTS may share general travel-planning context, but we do not replace official visa guidance, legal advice, or government instructions. Travelers are responsible for checking entry requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, visa center, airline, or official source.

How do you choose local guides and transfer partners? +

We do not present guide certificates as our main trust signal. Our trust model is based on local partner selection, trip-specific briefing, communication standards, meeting point clarity, operational support, and clear service boundaries.

What languages are available? +

English-speaking support is the core focus. Other languages may be possible for tailored private trips depending on destination, dates, and partner availability, but they are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Do you offer support during the trip? +

Support depends on the service selected. The First 72 Hours product has a defined support window. Tailored private trips may include broader on-trip coordination, but response windows, emergency handling, and included support are stated in the proposal.

Do you guarantee that payment apps, cards, hotels, or transport will work perfectly? +

No. HISIGHTS helps travelers prepare and coordinate, but Alipay, WeChat Pay, banks, card issuers, hotels, airlines, rail operators, drivers, merchants, attractions, mobile carriers, and weather conditions are independent third parties or outside our control.

What happens if plans change? +

Weather, traffic, attraction rules, restaurant availability, traveler energy, and transport timing can change. Where support is included, HISIGHTS helps adjust within the agreed service scope and practical local conditions.

How far in advance should I contact you? +

For arrival preparation, earlier is better but short timelines may still work. For tailored private trips, 4-8 weeks is useful for standard routes, and 2-3 months is better for peak seasons, multi-city travel, or special requests.

How do I get started? +

Start with the checklist, choose an arrival-support product, or submit a Plan My Trip request with your dates, arrival city, group size, and main concerns. HISIGHTS will help clarify the right next step before you pay.
