These Terms describe the general conditions for using HISIGHTS website, enquiry forms, preparation products, arrival support, and tailored private China travel services. Specific proposals, invoices, cancellation terms, and inclusions may vary by service and will be stated before payment.

Service scope

HISIGHTS may provide travel preparation, checklist products, arrival support, transfer coordination, itinerary planning, private local coordination, or tailored trip proposals depending on the service selected. Each service has its own scope, inclusions, exclusions, price, and support window.

Booking and payment

Payment is requested only after the relevant product, service scope, or proposal has been presented. Paid services may be processed through independent payment providers. A booking is confirmed only when payment requirements and any written confirmation conditions have been met.

Changes and cancellation

Change and cancellation terms depend on the selected service, supplier commitments, timing, and written proposal. Some deposits, preparation work, tickets, transfers, hotels, or third-party costs may be non-refundable once arranged.

Third-party providers

Airlines, rail operators, hotels, restaurants, drivers, guides, payment platforms, banks, mobile carriers, attractions, and other providers operate independently from HISIGHTS. Their availability, rules, pricing, verification requirements, and performance may change.

Arrival support limits

Arrival support is designed to reduce friction and improve preparedness. It does not guarantee that every foreign card, payment app, merchant, bank verification, airline, hotel, transfer, weather condition, or third-party service will work perfectly.

Traveler responsibility

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry requirements, insurance, health needs, lawful conduct, accurate information, timely communication, and final decisions about what they book or use.

No guarantee of third-party services

HISIGHTS can provide preparation, coordination, and support, but cannot control independent third-party platforms, banks, carriers, hotels, attractions, merchants, government processes, weather, traffic, or traveler device settings.

Liability limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HISIGHTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party losses arising from independent provider actions, traveler decisions, force majeure, platform changes, or information outside our reasonable control.
